Baar, February 23rd, 2017: For the first time Zasso, global specialist in key weed and invasive plant control technologies, will showcase its’ advanced agriculture and urban weed control solutions. The public will be able to witness, first hand, Zasso’s Digital Technology solutions for urban, consumer, semi-professional and precision agriculture weed control.

For the event, leading provider of light for biotech and horticultural purposes Valoya will supply Zasso with a system which allows weed to grow fast making the demonstrations possible. “The efficiency of our system allows us to grow even invasive plants very quickly making it ideal for Zasso’s needs in this occasion”, said Lars Aikala, CEO of Valoya.

The event, called Zasso Field Days, will take place on May 2nd, 2017 in Aachen, Germany and in this first edition Mr. Marcel Philipp, mayor of Aachen, will deliver the keynote speech and the special session addresses respectively. The showcase will take place at 12 Pascalstrasse, Aachen, Germany and is set to begin at 10am with an opening speech from Zasso’s CEO Dirk Vandenhirtz.
